Park of Victory

Victory Park is a great place for a promenade, walking with children and spending a weekend. It is especially popular for lovers of walking and cycling, thanks to its convenient paths. There are more than 25 km of them on foot and almost 3 km on bike!

One of the main objects of the park is the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, the new building of which was opened on July 2, 2014. The museum's funds contain genuine items of weapons and military equipment, household items, a large number of handwritten documentaries and photographs, materials of fine art telling about the Great Patriotic War and the history of the struggle of the Belarusian people against the German invaders.

In front of the museum, on a hill near the intersection of Pobediteley and Masherov avenues, there is a memorial complex “Minsk - Hero City”.

In the park you can rent bicycles, rickshaws (an ecological type of 2-seater transport), ride a catamaran.
